Piping

We provide prefabrication, installation and repair of pressure piping systems. Our pressure pipe welders are certified for carbon (PWP 7) and stainless steel (PWP 10) pipe spools. We are equipped with two multi-directional rotators to increase capacity and expedite projects. Fab Rite can adhere to all Nondestructive Examination (NDE) requirements, including the completion of in-house hydro or pneumatic tests. Previous projects include:

• Stainless steel oxygen lines for Praxair at its Skookumchuck and Castlegar plants.
• Stainless steel LNG lines for Fortis at the Fording River mix station.
• The complete supply and installation of carbon steel cooling water lines and oil drain for the BC Hydro Aberfeldie Dam project (ASME B31.3).
